This is our favourite part of what we do, making unique tables to exactly what you can imagine!
We love talking tables so please feel free to contact us and let’s start imagining what your dream table can look like. Whilst there is a place for CAD models and factory design we like to work with you in the design and build phase when we start to make the magic happen.
We prefer to collaborate with you and share regular updates as the build progresses. We like for you to be part of the build process and make decisions with us to ensure you are happy with how your table turns out.
Our primary driver is to delight you with your amazing dream table, so that the only excitement on delivery day is anticipation.

We understand that not everyone wants to be part of the design and build process, and just wants a fantastic tried and tested board game table designed for a great price where all the key decisions have been made by us.
This approach allows us to reduce construction costs and make a more cost effective table. Of course you can still add accessories – we wouldn’t want you not to be able to bling your table!
We offer standard tables at 150cm, 180cm and 200cm sizes.

We believe that installation and commissioning is a crucial part of the experience. We want every part of our partnership with you as pleasant as possible, your happiness is our prime concern.
Having your table delivered set up and made just right is as important to us as it is for you.
Depending on location this may not be possible but we try to cover as much of the UK as possible. Where this is not possible we will work with selected couriers to ensure professional careful delivery.

Wood is a natural resource and may be subject to movement and change in colour depending on the environment and the season; this is expected behaviour and where possible we try to reduce the impact through our design. We just ask you to love and look after the table as much as we do when creating it.
Your rights within 12 months – any defect as a result of construction will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no cost.
Our craftsman warranty - any issues with your board game table or furniture are covered by our pledge to you. We will work with you to repair any issues arising from construction defects and will not charge you labour.
Warranty & Care FAQ
What does the Meeplewood warranty cover?
Our 12-month craftsman warranty covers construction defects. If something appears to have gone wrong with the build or workmanship of your table, please get in touch and we’ll review it carefully.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Because our tables are made from natural hardwood, some movement, settling, and visual change can happen over time as the timber responds to the environment and the seasons. Accidental damage, misuse, and issues caused by environmental conditions are not usually treated as construction defects. The tables are constructed to be at 50-60% relative humidity, environments outside of this range may be subject to excessive movement and would be covered as a construction defect.
What should I do if I notice an issue?
Please contact us with your order details, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. If helpful, a short video can also make it easier for us to assess what’s going on.
How quickly will Meeplewood respond?
We aim to acknowledge enquiries promptly and review each case carefully. If we need more information before confirming next steps, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Can solid wood move over time?
Yes — solid wood is a natural material, so some movement and colour change can happen. Stable indoor conditions minimise this, it is important that the environment should be kept at 50–60% relative humidity to prevent excessive movement. please ask how you can achieve this if you have any questions.
How should I care for my table?
We generally recommend gentle care, avoiding harsh cleaners, and using a natural beeswax product or suitable specialist maintenance oil where appropriate for the finish. If you’re unsure, send us a photo and we’ll gladly advise.
Do I need to assemble the table myself?
No — delivery, installation, and commissioning are provided. We’ll also guide you through care and maintenance at commissioning.
Can Meeplewood help if the issue is outside warranty?
Yes — even if something falls outside our standard warranty, we’ll still do our best to advise on repair options or the most sensible next step.
Need help?
If you have a question about your table, just get in touch with a few details and photos and we’ll point you in the right direction.

If your environment is outside of a 50-60% range you may need to use a humidifier or dehumidifier to keep the table in its best condition.
Recently we have encountered energy efficient homes with heat pumps that provide a very dry environment at 30%, this can lead to excessive movement.
